The Empura EGR60-GS24_NAT is a 60" wide gas range with with (6) 12" x 12" 30,000 BTU top burners, a 20" wide x 23-3/4" deep, 3/4" thick griddle cooktop, an adjustable built-in broiler rack (elevated 8 1/4"), and (2) 30,000 BTU standard ovens with temperature range of 250 to 550 degrees F. This gas range/griddle/salamander combo includes a 24-1/2" high stainless steel backsplash riser with a stainless steel top shelf and a 4" front ledge that provides plenty of working space.
