Wolf WEG60E Stainless Steel 60" Countertop Electric Griddle with Snap Action Thermostatic Controls - 240V, 1 Phase, 27 kW

The WEG60E is a 60" wide electric countertop griddle from Wolf with snap action thermostatic controls. This griddle features a 60" x 24" polished steel griddle plate that measures 3/4" thick, and supports two solid sheathed tubular incoloy heating elements with one snap action thermostat for every 12" of griddle plate. Each thermostat adjusts temperature from 200º - 450º F.

The sides, front, and legs on this griddle are all stainless steel for easy clean-up. This griddle has a 3-1/2" wide front grease trough that empties into two large 6 quart capacity grease drawers.

The WEG60E operates on two 240 volt, 60 hertz, 1 phase electrical connections for 27 kW, and must be hardwired.
