The WEG36E is a 36" wide electric countertop griddle from Wolf with snap action thermostatic controls. This griddle features a 36" x 24" polished steel griddle plate that measures 1/2" thick, and supports two solid sheathed tubular incoloy heating elements with one snap action thermostat for every 12" of griddle plate. Each thermostat adjusts temperature from 200º - 450º F.
The sides, front, and legs on this griddle are all stainless steel for easy clean-up. This griddle has a 3-1/2" wide front grease trough that empties into a large 6 quart capacity grease drawer.
The WEG36E operates on a 208 volt, 60 hertz, 3 phase electrical connection for 16.2 kW, and must be hardwired.
