The TYG60C is a 61-5/8" wide countertop Teppanyaki griddle from Wolf with one 30,000 BTU ring burner. The burner is operated by an infinite control heat valve, and requires the pilot to be manually ignited. This countertop teppanyaki griddle features a 24" deep polished steel griddle plate that measures 3/4" thick.
The sides, front, and grease drawer on this griddle are all stainless steel for easy clean-up. A 1" inward sloped side and back splash surrounds the griddle plate to contain grease while allowing customers to view their food as it is cooked.
The TYG60C operates at 30,000 BTU using natural gas, and has a 3/4" rear gas connection with a pressure regulator.
