The Vulcan VC44ED Double Deck Electric Convection Ovens will be exactly what you need to help keep up during active times within your establishment. The matching stainless steel doors, also proving durable, will operate independently and boasts double-paned windows that are sure to keep the heat within the oven cabinet.

The standard depth for these ovens will hold full-sized pans and its interiors are lined with porcelain enamel that will handle the constant placement and removal of pans. The non-sag insulation ensures that there will be no hot spots on the exterior of the ovens, preventing inadvertent burns. There are 11 position rack guides in each cabinet that allows you to come up with whatever configuration would work best at any given point in time. Includes 5 nickel plated oven racks per section that measure 28-1/4" x 20-1/2".

Solid state controls are simple making it easy to operate with no training required. The temperature can range from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and each oven has a 60 minute timer with an audible alarm. They also come with a two speed 1/2 H.P. oven blower-motor and oven cool switch for rapid cool down.
