Vulcan K20DLT Direct Steam 20 Gallon Tilting 2/3 Steam Jacketed Kettle

The K20DLT is a Tilting Direct Steam Kettle from. This floor mounted kettle is constructed of stainless steel, including a 316 series steel liner. The liner includes an ellipsoidal bottom. The compression draw-off valve features a perforated strainer. True working capacity is 20 gallons. The model is 2/3 jacketed. It tilts forward at an angle of 90°.

The various steam controls include a condensate return valve strainer and a safety valve stream trap. There is a compression draw off valve with a perforated strainer. This unit is UL Listed. It is certified to NSF Standard #4.
