This unit comes with four stainless steel drawers, 16 polycarbonate food pans, and an 11-3/4” removable cutting board. The entire cabinet structure and doors are foamed-in-place using a high density polyurethane insulation. In addition, stainless steel is used for the interior that has an aluminum liner and exterior which includes a corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back.
