Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of this Content is prohibited and may lead to claims for damages or be a criminal offense.

6. Canceled Orders
- Orders canceled before shipping may incur a 3% credit card fee. If canceled post-shipping, you're responsible for the restocking fee up to 30%, return shipping charges and the 3% credit card fee.
- Shipping charges and times are estimates. We ship to the lower 48 states in the USA. Addresses in Hawaii and Alaska may have additional charges. If an address change is necessary after shipping, extra charges apply:
- Ground shipment address change: $17.00.
- Freight shipment address change: $150 to $400.
- Note: We cannot ship to locations labeled "apartments" by carriers. Such orders will be canceled and refunded. Consider an alternative delivery location.
- All expedited shipment orders must be placed before 1PM EST Monday - Friday. Otherwise, they will be processed the following business day. Plan accordingly.
- Detention fees may apply for delays in shipment loading or unloading. Plan accordingly.

- All returns need prior approval from RestaurantSupply.com:
- Used items can not be returned.
- Some items are ineligible for returns.
- Customers are responsible to ensure return goods are in New condition. New open-box and damaged returned item shall be subject to restocking fees.

9. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes arising from these terms will first seek resolution through mediation or arbitration.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability for any claim related to these terms or use of the website will not exceed the purchase price of the product in dispute.
