This unit ships ready for natural gas and is field reversible for liquid propane, making it a flexible choice for kitchens that need the right gas configuration now or may need LP conversion later.
Designed with a 13" diameter wok ring and a powerful cast iron burner with 18 jets, this commercial wok range delivers up to 111,000 BTU on natural gas and 95,000 BTU on liquid propane. The rolled front edge allows chefs to shake, toss, and swirl woks with better control, while the stainless steel front and sides provide durability for daily commercial kitchen use.
This Empura gas wok range measures 17.99"W x 20.16"D x 32.28"H and includes 15" stainless steel legs, a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection, and a gas regulator. Easy access to pilot valve adjustment screws and field gas conversion capability help simplify installation and service.
