Empura EGF-70/80_NAT Natural Gas 21" Commercial Gas Fryer with 80 lb Capacity, 150,000 BTU

The Empura EGF-70/80_NAT is a floor standing Gas powered Fryer. This model runs on Natural Gas. The unit has an 80 lb cooking oil capacity with a stainless steel tank. The front and door of the fryer are stainless steel while the sides and back are galvanized steel.

The unit is controlled by a prompt response thermostat and has a high heat (450 degrees F) shut off feature, for safety and peace of mind. The temperature range for the fryer is 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit.

The EGF-70/80_NAT has 5 cast-iron vertical burner tubes with an output of 150,000 BTU total.

This Empura EGF-70/80_NAT fryer model comes with a stainless steel heat exchanger with baffle, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and two fry baskets.
