This medium-duty countertop griddle was specially designed to save space front to back and is perfect for catering, buffet lines or concessionaires.
The heavy cast, non-stick commercial cooking surface (21” x 12”) is controlled by a capillary thermostat for even heat control (up to 450 degrees F). It includes a backsplash/splatter guard and grease tray that are both stainless steel and removable.
The CG-5FB medium-duty countertop griddle runs on 120 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 12.5 Amps for 1,500 Watts with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is made in the USA.
