The Blodgett Combi CNVX-14G DBL_LP is a double gas convection oven featuring stainless steel construction. This model has fourteen stainless steel wire shelves for storage and a multiple speed reversing fan each for air circulation. The dual stage door latches ensure the doors stay closed and the doors feature a dual pane tempered viewing window. The thermostats can be controlled up to 500°F and a programmable manual control stores up to 100 recipes each which can be uploaded through a USB connection. The convection ovens operate using liquid propane and on 120 Volts. The CNVX-14G DBL_LP is also NSF and cETLus listed.
