The CTX4-10EVH is a 24 1/8" wide, Combitherm CT Express electric boiler-free combi oven from Alto-Shaam with a ventless hood that has the capacity for (5) 12" x 20" full size hotel or (10) 18" x 13" half size sheet pans.
The boiler-free combi oven features ExpressTouch controls and a two-speed reversing fan, retherm mode, moisture injection, and 6 browning levels. There is a CombiClean system and hand sprayer kit included with this combi oven and it stands firmly on 4" adjustable bullet legs. There are (2) 3/4" NPT water inlet connections, and a 1 1/2" NPT water drain connection on this boiler-free combi oven.
The CTX4-10EVH boiler-free combi oven is an electric unit available as 208V/60Hz/1-phase and 23.4 Amps for 4.87 kW, or 240V/60Hz/1-phase and 26.3 Amps for 6.31 kW, or 208-240V/50Hz/1-phase and 23.4 - 26.3 Amps for 4.87 - 6.31 kW, or 208-240V/60Hz/3-phase and 15.9 - 18.8 Amps for 5.59 - 7.67 kW, or 220-240V/50/60Hz/1-phase and 24.9 - 26.3 Amps for 5.47 - 6.60 kW and only the 208 Volt unit comes with a NEMA L6-30P plug. The other units need to be hardwired.
This boiler-free combi oven is made in the USA, UL listed in the United States and Canada, CE listed, and UL Classified EPH.
