The CTP7-20G is a 43 3/4" wide, ENERGY STAR certified Combitherm CT PROformance gas boiler-free combi oven/steamer from Alto-Shaam that has the capacity for (8) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans or (16) 12" x 20" full size hotel (1/1 GN) pans.
The gas boiler-free combi oven/steamer has PROtouch controls with steam/convection/combi and retherm cooking modes. There is SafeVent steam venting system and a CombiClean PLUS system with 5 cleaning levels on this combi steamer/oven. The door features integrated high efficiency LED lighting and a CoolTouch3 glass window. There are (2) 3/4" NPT water inlet connections and a 1 1/2" NPT water drain connection on this boiler-free combi oven.
The CTP7-20G gas boiler-free combi oven/steamer is an electric unit that needs to be hardwired and is available as 120V/60Hz/1-phase and 6.8 Amps for 0.84 kW, or 208-240V/50/60Hz/1-phase or 3-phase that both use 4.8 - 4.2 Amps for 1.0 kW. Each electrical option is available as either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and it operates at a maximum of 98,000 BTU.
This boiler-free combi oven is made in the USA, ENERGY STAR certified, UL listed in the United States and Canda, CE listed, and UL Classified EPH.
