Description

The C48S-4B24G is a Challenger XL series restaurant range from Wolf that has four burners, a 24" right side griddle, and a standard oven base with a 26-3/8" wide oven compartment. The four open top burners operate at 30,000 BTU and feature lift-off burner heads, while a flash tube pilot system is used for ignition. The 24" wide griddle plate measures 3/4" thick, and has a 4" wide front grease trough for easy cleaning after use.

The 35,000 BTU standard oven base is operated by an independent thermostat that can be adjusted from 250ºF - 500ºF. The oven compartment measures 26-3/8" wide x 27" deep x 14" high, and comes with two racks, two rack guide sets, and four rack positions.

The C48S-4B24G operates at 195,000 BTU using natural gas, and has a 1" rear gas connection with a pressure regulator.
