The C36C-36G is a Challenger XL series restaurant range from Wolf that has a 36" wide griddle top and a convection oven base with a 26-3/8" wide oven compartment. The 36" wide griddle plate measures 3/4" thick, and has a 4" wide front grease trough for easy cleaning after use.
The 35,000 BTU convection oven base is operated by an independent thermostat that can be adjusted from 250ºF - 500ºF. The oven compartment measures 26-3/8" wide x 24" deep x 13-7/8" high, and comes with two racks, two rack guide sets, and four rack positions.
The C36C-36G operates at 95,000 BTU using natural gas, and has a 3/4" rear gas connection with a pressure regulator. A power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug is included for the operation of the convection oven.
