The ASA24-30 is a 24" wide, ASA Series heavy duty gas countertop griddle from Wolf with two 27,000 BTU "U" shaped aluminized steel burners. Each burner operates with one embedded mechanical snap action thermostat, and features a pilot safety valve for every two burners, completely shutting the gas supply off to the pilot in the event one gets extinguished. This countertop griddle features a 24" x 30" polished steel griddle plate that measures 1" thick.
The sides, front, back and side splashes, front top ledge and grease drawer on this griddle are all stainless steel for easy clean-up, and it stands on adjustable 4" legs.
The ASA24-30 operates at 54,000 BTU using natural gas, and has a 3/4" rear gas connection with a pressure regulator.
