The AGM72 is a 72" wide, AGM Series heavy duty gas countertop griddle from Wolf with six 27,000 BTU "U" shaped aluminized steel burners. Each burner operates with one high range infinite heat control valve. This countertop griddle features a 72" x 24" polished steel griddle plate that measures 1" thick.
The sides, front, backsplash, front top ledge and grease drawers on this griddle are all stainless steel for easy clean-up, and it stands on adjustable 4" legs.
The AGM72 operates at 162,000 BTU using natural gas, and has a 3/4" rear gas connection with a pressure regulator.
