The F-30 is an electric countertop fryer from Wells with 2 deep drawn and removable stainless steel fry pots that will hold up to 30 lb of oil, 15 lb in each frypot. There are 2 full-size side hanging baskets included with this electric countertop fryer.

The electric countertop fryer uses 2 positive off, safety high-limit thermostats that can set temperatures from 275 to 375 degrees F. There are 4" adjustable legs on the electric countertop fryer.

The F-30 stainless steel countertop fryer is available as 208 or 240 Volts in both 1-phase and 3-phase units: 208 Volts, 1-phase and 41.5 Amps or 3-phase for 8,638 Watts, or 240 Volts, 1-phase and 47.9 Amps or 3-phase for 11,500 Watts. The electric countertop fryer does not include a power cord or plug.
