Description

The B-406 is an Electric Built-In Charbroiler from Wells. The top and sides of this charbroiler are constructed of stainless steel, while the grates are made of cast iron. The temperature is determined by (2) infinite controls, one for each side. Dual heating action is provided by self-cleaning elements, which are placed between the broiler grate ribs. The element frame features a spring-loaded support rod for added stability. The Wellslok allows for an easy installation into stainless steel countertops. A terminal block allows for a field connection to the main power supply. This product comes shipped 1-phase, but is field convertible to 3-phase. It is designed for installation in metal counters only.
