The VCRH24 is a Countertop Gas Hotplate from Vulcan. With a front, sides, and backsplash made out of stainless steel, this hot plate will be sure to last for several years of service. The cast iron open burners, with lift-off burner heads, maintain and hold a consistent flow of gas for cooking. Cast iron is able to withstand the weight of pots and pans without a problem. Each burner includes an infinite heat control valve. The standing pilot makes using the manual gas valve controls uncomplicated, letting you adjust the amount of flame needed to get the right amount of heat.
This product is shipped as a natural gas unit, but includes a liquid propane conversion kit. The crumb tray pulls out so that you can dump the crumbs for easy clean-up. Since the legs are adjustable, you can set the height of the hot plate. The included gas pressure regulator is required to be installed.
