Description

The Vulcan VC4GD Single Deck Full Size Liquid Propane Convection Oven with Solid State Controls features a porcelain on steel interior, solid state temperature dial controls and a 60 minute timer. There are 5 nickel plated grab-and-go oven racks on this oven, as well as independently operated removable doors with double pane windows.

The stainless steel oven has an electronic spark igniter and a 1/2 HP two speed oven blower-motor that maintains temperatures between 150 - 500 degrees Fahrenheit. There are 2 interior lights, as well as 25-3/4" painted legs. There is non-sag insulation applied to the top, rear and sides.

The unit operates at 50,000 BTU/hr and is fueled by Liquid Propane. There is a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection. The electric components run on 120 Volts, 60Hz, 1-phase and 8 Amps. The product has a 6 ft cord and plug.
