The VBP15 is the ENERGY STAR certified VBP series mobile holding and transport cabinet from Vulcan with 10 pairs of adjustable tray slides that can be adjusted to fit up to (15) 18" x 26" x 1" or (30) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. This commercial mobile holding and transport cabinet rolls smoothly on 5" heavy-duty casters (2 swivel with brakes, 2 rigid).
The durable, corrosion-resistant 20-gauge stainless steel construction of this interior and exterior of this holding and transport cabinet will stand up to the daily usage at any restaurant or in any commercial kitchen environment.
There are simple touch controls on this holding cabinet for setting temperatures up to 200 degrees F with a digital temperature display.
This holding and transport cabinet is ENERGY STAR certified, UL EPH Classified to the food protection and sanitation requirements of NSF/ANSI 4, and it is UL listed in the United States and Canada for safety.
The VBP15 holding and transport cabinet is an electric unit that runs at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 12.5 Amps for 1500 Watts of power and it comes included with a power cord with a NEMA 5-
