The V2BG24 is the heavy-duty V Series 36" wide gas-powered open burner / Griddle range from Vulcan that has a modular frame, manual controls, and a 3/4" thick ground steel 24" wide griddle plate, and 2 cast iron open burners with individual pilots and controls. This modular range comes without legs.
There is a 4" stainless steel stub riser on this unit and the stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back on this Open burner / Griddle range that makes it durable enough to stand up to the daily usage of any commercial kitchen environment.
This V2BG24 commercial gas Open burner / Griddle range operates on Natural Gas at 35,000 BTU per burner, and 60,000 BTU for the griddle, for a total of 130,000 BTU and it has a 1 1/4" diameter front gas manifold and a 1 1/4" rear gas connection. All gas connections should be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper safety codes and guidelines.
