The V2B18B is the heavy-duty V Series 18" wide gas-powered open burner range from Vulcan that has a cabinet base and 2 cast iron open burners (Front: 11 5/16" x 17 3/8", Rear: 14" x 17 3/8") with individual pilots and controls. This cabinet base range comes with 6" adjustable stainless steel legs.
There is a 4" stainless steel stub riser on this unit and the stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back on this open burner range that makes it durable enough to stand up to the daily usage of any commercial kitchen environment.
V series units are all modular and interchangeable to allow you to create the perfect customized workstation, including a variety of types of ranges from open burners, hot tops, French tops, charbroilers, and griddles, to other units like refrigerated bases, cabinets, convection or finishing ovens.
This commercial gas open burner range is CSA Blue Flame certified, CSA Design certified, and it is NSF listed for safety.
