The SMOKER-VACB36 is a Wood-Assist Achiever Smoker Base from Vulcan. Add this base to the Achiever series charbroiler, sold separately, to add a smoky flavor to a variety of food served in your restaurant. The product is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel. The crumb/grease tray features a stainless wood platform and accommodates wood chips, blocks, or logs. A gas burner/radiant heating system is the primary heating source. The base is designed for the wood not to be exposed to the open flame.
