The RRE36E is a 36" wide, heavy-duty electric countertop griddle from Vulcan. This griddle includes a 3/4" thick stainless steel composite plate with a "Rapid Recovery" feature; as well as solid sheathed tubular incoloy heating elements. There is a bottom mounted snap action thermostat every 12" on the cooking surface of the electric countertop griddle. The surface measures 36" x 24". Thermostats can be set from 200 to 450° F.
The griddle features a stainless steel front, sides, and a "Cool Bullnose" front top ledge. There is also a front grease trough. This product has a 4" back and tapered side splashes and it stands firmly on 4" adjustable legs. The grease trough empties into a large capacity grease drawer.
This unit runs at 208 volts, 60 hertz, and 1 phase. The RRE36E is NSF listed and CSA certified.
