Vulcan K60DL Direct Steam 60 Gallon Stationary 2/3 Steam Jacketed Kettle

The K60DL is a Stationary Direct Steam Kettle from. This floor mounted kettle is constructed of stainless steel, including a 316 series steel liner. The liner includes an ellipsoidal bottom. The compression draw-off valve features a perforated strainer. True working capacity is 60 gallons. The model is 2/3 jacketed. There is a spring assist cover which includes a condensate ring and a drop-down lift handle.

The various steam controls include a condensate return valve strainer and a safety valve stream trap. There is a compression draw off valve with a perforated strainer. This unit is UL Listed. It is certified to NSF Standard #4.
