The C24ET10-LWT is an Electric Convection Steamer from Vulcan with a capacity of (10) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. This two compartment direct potable steam convection steamer comes with a cabinet base, and a stainless steel exterior. The cooking cabinets are also constructed of stainless steel, and feature coved corners. There are individual professional controls, including separate 60 minute timers with constant steam feature for each compartment. The (2) steam generators feature a staged water fill system.
This product features a 1-1/2” NPT drain connection. A Smart Drain System (timed drain) is included, as is Powerflush. There is a split-line water connection, for both treated and untreated water. The unit comes shipped with electrical specs of 208v/60/3ph, though it is field convertible to 208v/60/1ph, 240v/60/1ph, and 240v/60/3ph. It is ENERGY STAR certified and UL listed.
