The C24EA5-LWE is an Electric Convection Steamer from Vulcan. This one-compartment sink is designed to hold (5) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The product features a stainless steel, high output steam generator. The exterior and cooking compartment are also constructed of stainless steel. A Smart Drain System (timed drain) is included, as is Powerflush. The professional controls feature a 60-minute timer with buzzer, illuminated switch, and cook ready lights. The timer has a constant steam setting.
The heavy duty door and door latch mechanisms come with a gasket guard. This product includes a split water line connection and an NPT drain connection. The Staged Water Fill has a high speed initial fill and a low-speed fill during actual operation. The unit comes shipped with electrical specs of 208v/60/3ph, though it is field convertible to 240v/60/3ph. It is ENERGY STAR certified and UL listed.
