The C24EA3-PLUS is the C24EA Plus series 1-compartment convection steamer 24" wide countertop convection steamer from Vulcan with the capacity for 3 full-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans. This countertop commercial steamer stands firmly on a set of leveling feet.
This product has a 1 1/2" IPS piped to an open drain and there are split water lines with 3/4" Male NSHT water connections for the condensing water and generating water supply. All plumbing, gas, or electrical connections should always be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.
There is a high-output stainless steel steam generator in this steamer and it features a timed Smart Drain system with PowerFlush that helps keep your generator clean and prevents any extra maintenance or downtime due to poor performance or the need for repairs. The controls on this steamer include a 60-minute timer with buzzer, a constant-steam feature, and an illuminated power switch with cook and ready lights.
This unit is UL EPH Classified to the food protection and sanitation requirements of NSF/ANSI 4, and it is UL listed in the United States and Canada for safety.
The durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction of this griddle will stand up to the daily usage of a commercial kitchen environment. The unit comes shipped with electrical specs of 208v/60/3ph, though it is field convertible to 208v/60/1ph, 240v/60/1ph, or 240v/60/3ph.
