The C24DA6 is a Convection Steamer from Vulcan with a capacity of (6) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. This two compartment direct potable steam convection steamer comes with a cabinet base, and a stainless steel exterior. The cooking cabinets are also constructed of stainless steel, and feature coved corners. There are manual controls, including separate 60 minute timers with constant steam feature for each compartment.
This product features a 1-1/2” NPT drain connection. There is a single hose bib water line which connects to untreated water. The cabinet base is water resistant. This product features a 1-1/2” NPT drain connection. This unit runs on 120v/60/1ph with a maximum draw of 2.0 amps.
