The ABC7G-PROP is a 42.2" wide, fully insulated stainless steel Natural Gas boilerless full size combi oven steamer from Vulcan that features the advanced technology of Precision Humidity Control and 3 easy-to-use knobs (Temperature, Time and Humidity) to provide the ultimate in kitchen convenience.

There are large LED displays on the ABC7G-PROP combination oven that show the actual temperature and humidity. There are also flashing door lights and an audible alarm to indicate when the cooking cycle is finished.

Vulcan ABC7G-PROP combination oven has a capacity of (7) racks for a total of (7) 18" x 26" full size sheet or (14) 12" x 20" full size hotel pans. There is a temperature range of 80 - 450 degrees F on this combination oven steamer.

There is a cool to the touch and energy efficient heat reflective tempered glass door and (3) halogen lights built into the door behind heat reflective inner glass.

There is an auto-reversing fan with electronic braking system that delivers uniform airflow and it has a stainless steel oven chamber.

The water line connection (filtered and unfiltered) is 3/4" NSHT female split and there is a 1" NPT male drain connection.

The ABC7G-PROP combi oven steamer operates at 80,000 BTU/hr and has a 3/4" NPT female gas connection. The unit is designed for Natural Gas but can be converted to Liquid Propane with an optional kit. This gas combi oven steamer runs on 120 Volts, 60 Hz, 1- phase and 15 Amps and includes a power cord with a NEMA-5-15P plug.
