Vollrath 40728 12" Cayenne Series Medium Duty Radiant/Lava Rock Charbroiler - 28,000 BTU

These Cayenne series medium duty charbroilers from Vollrath are made with aluminized, fully-welded stainless steel and feature a versatile plate with narrower grill surfaces on one side and integral channels that are specially designed to help clear off excess fat to reduce smoke and flame. The other side of the plate has flatter and wider grill surfaces for more delicate foods. There is 1 stainless steel burner (28,000 BTU) on this charbroiler that provides even heat distribution to a 19" deep x 11-11/16" wide cooking surface.

The metal knob and knob guard on the medium duty charbroiler are guaranteed for life and won't break or crack. Grease and dirt traps are eliminated by the welded seams and it has a 2-3/4" backsplash and tapered sidesplashes. The medium duty charbroiler sits firmly on heavy-duty adjustable legs.

The Vollrath 40728 Cayenne Medium Duty Charbroiler is a natural gas unit and includes a conversion kit to set it up for propane. The charbroiler ships complete with kits for both radiant and lava rock set up, including a lava rock. The charbroiler has a 3/4" NPT gas inlet and includes a regulator and gas valve.
