The 36368 is the modular drop-in top-mounted fabricator well with 1 sealed hot food well (15" wide x 23" deep overall) that is fully insulated with high-density glass fiber and it can be used for wet or dry operation. The hot food well has a wired remote thermostatic control.
The deep drawn well is constructed in 20-gauge 18-8 stainless steel and the exterior housing is 20-gauge galvanized steel.
Standard mounting tabs are provided with this drop-in top-mounted fabricator well for sheet metal counters.
This hot food well is proudly made in the USA and it is UL listed in Canada and the United States, and NSF listed for safety.
The deep stainless steel well accommodates full-size and fractional pans up to 6" deep and the beveled edge design makes it easy to clean.
The drain is 1/2" stainless steel fitting welded to the pan with a brass nipple extending below the exterior housing and a drain screen comes included.
This hot food well is an electric unit that runs at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 8.3 Amps for the 1000 Watt heating element and it requires hardwiring.
