The True TRCB-48 is a 748-3/8 inch wide insulated refrigerated chef base with 2 drawers that provides colder product temperatures, lower utility costs, and exceptional food safety. In commercial kitchens, having a chef base improves workflow by providing a large worktop surface and a refrigerated base to keep perishable ingredients within easy reach. Moreover, this model uses an environmentally friendly R513 refrigerant that has zero ozone depletion potential and less global warming potential.

This unit comes with 2 stainless steel drawers, a one piece heavy duty cabinet top with a drip resistant edge, and a sealed cast iron self-lubricating evaporator fan motor with large fan blades. The entire cabinet structure and drawers are foamed-in-place using a high density polyurethane insulation. In addition, stainless steel is used for the interior that has an aluminum liner and exterior which includes a corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back.
