The fan motors are sealed, cast iron, and self-lubricating, and have extra large fan blades. This exclusive design allows for a product that uses a lower velocity, and provides a higher volume, more effective circulation of air. Because of the way the refrigerating system is engineered, recovery of temperatures is quicker, no matter how busy your kitchen is. The condenser is placed at the bottom of the unit, making for effortless maintenance with a bristle brush and vacuum, as well as running in the coolest environment.
