With heavy-duty cast iron grooved plates, this grill delivers appetizing and attractive char marks on the breads. Additionally, the cast iron hosts embedded elements that will heat and press the bread evenly in combination with the unique hinge design. The grills thermostat can reach between 175°F to 450°F so as to meet the cooking requirements posed by bread thickness and sandwich ingredients. A trough will catch any grease that flow from the meats used while cooking, and can be removed for easier cleaning. A heat resistant handle lets you operate the appliance without fear of unnecessary burns.
