Star 8024CBB_NAT Ultra Max 24" Lava Rock Natural Gas Charbroiler - 80,000 BTU

The 8024CBB is an Ultra-Max charbroiler from Star. You can lay the heavy-duty cast iron grates individually, either flat or at an angle. Because there is a thick side and a thin side, you can flip the grates to sear steaks or gently grill fish or vegetables. The fact that cast iron is used for the grates, combined with the lava rock briquettes, guarantees that heat will be evenly delivered throughout the grill. For an even more exact projection of heat, 20,000 BTUs are shot through the appliance every sixth inch of width across the grates. The charbroiler boasts stainless steel construction. The backsplash will prevent grease from splattering onto walls or other appliances and the water pan can make cleaning quick and painless. The bull nose will remain cool-to-the-touch and safe. The bottom is covered by a double wall so heat won't escape and affect ingredients or utensils that lay nearby, and the grill can be adjusted to be the same height of other appliances via the heavy duty legs.
