The product is constructed of stainless steel, with display panels made of glass. Rollers keep the food evenly cooked. A built-in pull-out bun warmer keeps the buns warm but not soggy. The bun warmer also features a removable, washable pan. The temperature on this unit is adjusted by infinite controls. Illuminated lights for the cabinets are controlled by a switch.
