The FS1522A-32 Prodigy Plus 22" wide flake ice machine uses a self-contained air-cooled condenser to produce up to 1612 lb of soft, chewable flake style ice per day.
Flake ice is a soft, slow-melting ice form that cools more quickly than other forms of ice and it is perfect for blended cocktails, produce and seafood displays, or for therapeutic use in hospitals and care facilities.
All Prodigy Plus flake ice machines feature advanced self-diagnostic AutoAlert LED indicator lights to indicate diagnostics and continuously show the machine's operating status. There is a front-located air filter on the ice machine that is easy to remove, rinse and reuse, and a self-aligning front panel gives easy access to key internal components.
The FS1522A-32 Prodigy Plus modular cube ice machine is an electrical unit that runs on 208-230 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase, and 17.8 Amps, and hardwiring is required. The ice machine is engineered and assembled in the USA, NSF listed, and UL listed in the United States and Canada.
