Changes or cancellations made after 7 days from order placement may incur a minimum 25% fee if production has started, unless replaced with equal or greater value items.
Non-returnable Perlick items include: Custom Products, Beer Systems, Remote Back Bar Refrigerators, Pre-Assembled Underbar, Equipment with tops cut for towers or drains, Products with laminate, items under $500 and Obsolete items. If cancellation is required on these select Perlick items, they are to be canceled at 100% of total item price, No exceptions.
