Peerless C131P Natural Gas Countertop Pizza Oven - 30,000 BTU

The C131P is a Countertop Pizza Oven from Peerless Ovens that runs on Natural Gas. This oven features a capacity of (16) 9" or (4) 18" pizza. The interior is constructed of aluminized steel, while the front is made of 18-gauge stainless steel. This 4-shelf oven can be easily serviced, and all controls are replaceable from the front. Removable pizza stones are included. Shelves/trays are also removable. The unit, which already features a compact design, can be double stacked to increase capacity while not sacrificing floor space.

This model features the energy saving “Power Pak” 3-cell burner system. A baffle system is also included for added efficiency. The 30,000 BTUs allow for a fast recovery rate. The thermostat offers a range of 300°–650°, while the unique interior design creates even heat distribution. Legs are adjustable. The controls are located in an air-conditioned area at the lower front of the oven.
