Description

Thanks to its fixed, lip load wire slides, set on 1-1/2" increments, this holding cabinet can hold up to 29 18" x 26" full size sheet pans. This holding cabinet quickly heats to temperatures ranging from 70° to 200° F so food never has a chance to cool off. User friendly, top-mounted controls provide clear readability, preventing damage. The four 5" donut neoprene casters provide improved floor protection and quiet operation.
