Merrychef eikon e3 High-Speed Accelerated Cooking Countertop Oven

The eikon e3 is a convection and microwave small speed oven that features ventless cooking capability. These rapid cook ovens use Merrychef's Advanced Cooking Technology that combines convection and microwave technology with a rotating turntable that can quickly and evenly heat and cook up to 5 times faster than conventional methods.

The rapid cook oven is operated with an EasyToUCH iconic symbol touch screen control panel that features a color touch screen and ability to store up to 1,024 multi-stage recipe program settings. Menu updates or data transfers can be done via a USB memory stick on this rapid cook oven. These ovens also have built-in diagnostic testing systems to monitor components.

These rapid cook oven units have 2 rack positions and are constructed in all stainless steel with a bottom-hinged door.
