The 691012 is the 4 3/4" diameter stainless steel sauce pan from the Matfer Bourgeat Excellence Cookware series that has a 1/2-quart capacity. The lid for this sauce pan (Model #692012) is available separately.
There is a magnetic stainless steel base on this sauce pan that makes it induction cooking capable and it can be also used for any gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen hobs also. This sauce pan feaures an aluminum "sandwich bottom" with shape memory that contains heat for better distribution through the skirt and base.
The handle on this sauce pan has an unbreakable annular weld and it is insulated in stainless steel tubes for a cool touch and comfortable grip. This sauce pan is AFNOR NF Certified and NSF listed for safety.
The reinforced tapered rim on this sauce pan delivers drip-free pouring and the pan cleans easily with a simple hand wash with mild detergent and warm water.
