This fry pan feaures an aluminum "sandwich bottom" with shape memory that contains heat for better distribution through the skirt and base.
The handle on this fry pan has an unbreakable annular weld and it is insulated in stainless steel tubes for a cool touch and comfortable grip. This fry pan is AFNOR NF Certified and NSF listed for safety.
