The Lakeside 7512 is a convection heated plate dispenser which is mobile on four 5" casters, two fitted with brakes. This model features stainless steel construction and three self-leveling dispensers for the plates. The dispensers are removable for convenient cleaning and adjustment, and they hold a 27" tall stack of plates between 7" and 10-1/4" in diameter. The cabinet is insulated for efficiency and plates are heated to 150 degrees F in 90 minutes. The unit is powered with a supplied 6' power supply cord with 6-20P NEMA plug.
