Ice-Cooled Drop In Food Wells
These non-refrigerated drop-in food wells are designed to hold food pans of cold menu items such as pasta salads or chilled desserts. They can be easily inserted into holes cut out of the top surface of any counter or serving area. The bottom of the well is deep enough to contain a quantity of ice that will cool any food pan that sits directly above it.
