The Hobart EUH-1 Ecoline Undercounter High Temperature Dishwasher is a great appliance for cleaning wares with the use of hot water rather than chemicals. This unit is constructed of stainless steel. It is designed to clean 24 racks per hour, with just over 0.9 gallons of water being used for each rack. Each cycle takes 2 minutes. A soft start feature is included for smoother operation.
The “Sense-a-Temp” feature helps to ensure that the final rinse stays at 180°. A top mounted user interface features a digital temperature display. There is also an integrated booster, which can raise the temperature another 70°. In addition, system includes service diagnostics with error notifications. The automatic fill and pumped drain are useful for avoiding overloads. A delime cycle is included for periodic use.
Both the upper and lower anti-clogging wash & rinse arms can be snapped in for added convenience. The removable 3-part scrap screen is constructed of stainless steel. Detergent and Rinse Pumps are also included for use when needed. This product ships with (1) peg rack and (1) combo rack. The door opens 14.46”.
The EUH-1 is an electric unit that runs on 208-240 volts, 60 hertz, and a single phase. The warranty applies for 1 year parts and labor. The model is UL and NSF certified.
